Paper and Poster Presentation Guidelines
Presentation Guidelines
- Presenters of papers must adhere to the conference presentation guidelines which will be informed.
- Selected oral paper presentations will need to be in power point format for a duration of 6 minutes with 2 minutes for question and answers.
- Educational posters must be in electronic format and will be displayed on a digital screen at the conference venue.
Abstract Format
- Abstracts should be structured and include the introduction/aim of the study, methods, results and conclusion of the study.
- Abstract should not exceed 250 words.
Categories include:
- Original research
- Educational exhibits
Eligibility
- The abstracts for original research and educational exhibits should be in the field of radiology.
- The broad categories include
- CT
- MRI
- Radiography
- Radiation Protection
- Nuclear Medicine
- Artificial intelligence
- Advancements in technology and radiology
- Others
- The submissions are to be made by registered attendees of the conference.
Review Process
- All submissions will undergo a blind peer-review process by a panel of experts.
- Criteria for selection will include scientific merit, relevance, impact on technology and originality.
- Separate categories for undergraduates, post-graduates , PhD scholars and faculties may be followed.
- Paper abstracts may be reassigned to the e-poster category by the organizing committee, with prior notification to the authors, based on factors such as the number of submissions, available presentation slots, venue constraints, or the originality and relevance of the topic.
Notification
- Accepted abstracts may be selected for a paper or poster presentation.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance or rejection of the presentation by September 15th 2025.
Method of Submission
- Abstracts are to be submitted online.
- Please follow the instructions carefully to ensure a successful submission.
Submission Deadline
- Submission will begin from 1st June onwards.
- Last date for submission is September 1st 2025.
- Submissions after this will not be considered for review.
